Last night's evening program was filled with great trivia and wonderful prizes. It was GAME SHOW MANIAAAHHH!! Camp hired a local man who actually travels around with game show equipment to host a game show night. To start it out, 4 seniors were pitted against each other to see who could identify Mmmbop (they had no idea who sang it!!!), the color of Waldo's shirt, a photo of the Munsters, and other fun pop trivia. There was even a fear factor round where someone had to eat pork brains for 40 points! The middlers were next. 4 of them went up against each other with more age friendly questions: ID a picture of George Bush, ID the theme song to Scooby Doo, etc.

Lastly, the Juniors had to ID the theme song to Veggie Tales, what shape the lake is in, and what the theme song to Sponge Bob is. After all that excitement-- what could possibly come next but the COUNSELORS!!

4 counselors were chosen at random to compete against each other. Some examples of their trivia: they had to ID a Michael Jackson song, identify JFK from a speech clip, a photo of the Rock, and the theme to Indiana Jones! It was quite fun to watch and cheer them on- they got really in to it.

For 40 points, Cecily ate smoked oysters in pork gravy- gross!

In the end Cecily won, but everyone had a blast. I still can't believe that 14 year olds had never heard of Hanson!
