Still cracking at my 24 before 25 list!

Here are a few more additions to my 24 before 25 list. Less than 2 weeks to finish up! Additions to my movie list: Funny Face (1957), Nashville (1975), Love and Death (1975), How to Steal a Million (1966), Duck Soup (1933), Sleeper (1973), In Like Flint (1967), My Favorite Spy (1951), The Road to Bali (1952), The Barefoot Contessa (1954), Pet Sematary (1989), An American Werewolf in London (1981), The Last Man on Earth (1981), and Metropolitan (1990). All of these movies are classics and I am so happy I was finally able to experience the greatness that is Woody Allen, Bob Hope, Fred Astaire, Bing Crosby, Vincent Price, Diane Keaton, and the Marx Brothers. All I can say is wow, just wow.  I have successfully watched my 25 movies plus a couple more and I am officially addicted. Give me a movie with comedic singing duo Bob Hope and Bing Crosby over a new Blockbuster any day! Woody Allen? I don't even have words for how hilarious he is. If I could be just 1/4 as witty as that man... wow.

I am also able to add to a few new musical artists to my list as well: Fleet Foxes and First Aid Kit are both great new bands and The Andrews Sisters is a marvelous old band! I am actually going to see First Aid Kit this weekend at 3rd and Lindsley! That brings my count up to 19, only 6 to go!

In other news, we met Roger's parents at the airport this weekend to welcome them home from their year-long stint in London. We also got to see a very very pregnant Beth who was 3 days past her due date. She is actually being induced today, can't wait to see their new little girl!

On Saturday we got to enjoy some Bandito and go to some of the fantastic thrift shops in Huntsville. I got some really cute silk shirts, nice frames for my sewn insects, and some cool fiber art themed wall hangings. That night, when Roger took the puppies out he came running back inside to tell us to come look at the weird "moon rainbow." Taylor and I both got our cameras and snapped some shots of what we later found out is a moon halo caused by ice crystals reflecting the moonlight. Here is one of my favorite shots I took of it:

All in all, a fun weekend! From now on, I am down to just one job again, we are battling a mouse problem, I am counting down the days until the big 2-5, and I am busy planning an Atlanta outing with some of my favorite girls at the end of the month!
